My name is Nancy Jennifer Andou. I have a background in Architecture, a master's in community planning, and a Minor in Economic Development from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama.

 I am a very passionate person,  coming from a modest, low-income community, which has forged my character and influenced me as a professional. Growing up in this neighborhood, I soon realize that some groups have fewer opportunities than others. So I have to work harder to get some opportunities. I also realized that the most vulnerable people and communities often need a voice, which has made me very committed to everything related to social justice and equity. So, my approach is to advocate for people with no power to do it for themself.
